Booking, cancellation & privacy.

Submitting a booking form sends us a request for a place.

Your booking is confirmed only once payment has been received and confirmed by DALAL.

After confirmation, you will receive the exact location and practical information for your experience via WhatsApp.

Places are allocated in the order confirmed payments are received.

Bookings generally close 48 hours before each DALAL so we have enough time to prepare your experience thoughtfully.

Some experiences may close earlier depending on materials, venue or preparation requirements. The booking deadline will always be shown on the individual experience page.

Once the booking deadline has passed, the experience page simply shows Bookings closed.

Plans change, we understand.

If you cancel more than 48 hours before your DALAL, your booking can be refunded or transferred to another available DALAL.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the experience are non-refundable, as materials and preparations will already have been arranged.

You may, however, transfer your place to someone else. Please let us know before the experience so we can update the participant information.

If DALAL cancels an experience, you can choose between a full refund or transferring your booking to another available date.

We collect only the information we need to manage your booking and host you well, including your name, contact details and any accessibility, dietary or comfort requirements you choose to share.

Your WhatsApp number is used for booking-related communication, including payment instructions, booking confirmation, the exact location and practical information about your DALAL.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated purposes.

You receive communications about future DALAL experiences only if you explicitly choose to subscribe.

You choose at booking whether you are comfortable appearing in DALAL photography and video, appearing only in non-identifiable images, or not being photographed or filmed.

Your choice is respected and changes nothing about your welcome.

No photography option is selected by default.
