About
DALAL is an invitation to spend time differently.
DALAL creates thoughtful creative workshops, shared tables, sensory experiences and slower gatherings.
It celebrates everyday pleasures that are easy to overlook:
- making something by hand
- arranging flowers
- writing a letter
- sharing tea
- reading beside someone
- walking slowly
- sitting without rushing toward the next thing
The name
DALAL comes from Wolof and from Senegalese hospitality — welcome, invitation, arrival, being received. It is what you say to someone when you are glad they came.
You are welcome here.

What DALAL values
- Accessibility
- Experiences designed to be joined, not qualified for.
- Affordability
- Beautiful does not have to mean expensive.
- Presence
- Time that belongs to the people in the room.
- Creativity without performance
- Nothing to prove, nothing to finish.
- Connection without pressure
- Talk, or don't. Both are welcome.
- Thoughtful hospitality
- Everything organised, so the day can be slow.
Make time for the little things.
